At Huntin Organics, we stand behind every product we sell. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right. Please read the policy below carefully before raising a request.
1. Return Eligibility Window
- Returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, sealed and in original packaging.
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products opened, used, or partially consumed
- Items missing original packaging, labels, or seals
- Products purchased under non-refundable promotional schemes (clearly marked at checkout)
3. How to Raise a Return
- Login to your account and go to My Orders → View Order → Request Return.
- Or call our 24×7 Kisan Helpline at +91 85959 02850.
- Our team will arrange a pickup within 3 business days.
4. Refund Timelines
- Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Bank/UPI refunds typically reflect in 5–7 business days.
- Cash-on-Delivery refunds are processed to bank account only (KYC may be required).
5. Replacement
If the product received is wrong, damaged, or defective, you can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery. We will dispatch the new product after pickup of the original.
6. Wallet Refund Option
Where available, you can opt for an instant refund to Huntin Wallet — usable on your next purchase. Wallet refunds are credited within 24 hours.
